Subscription terms

NAWAI, published by DALIA IT, offers two durations for the same service: one month or one year. Your subscription includes meal photos, food tracking and your NAWAI coach.

Prices and payment

The France reference prices are €8.99 per month or €39.99 per year. The monthly plan is paid for one month; the annual plan is paid upfront for one year. The currency, amount and applicable offers are those shown in the app and confirmed by Apple before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.

Payment and subscription management use the Apple Account that makes the purchase. NAWAI does not receive your payment card details.

Seven days free

A seven-day trial is offered only when Apple determines you are eligible. Only one introductory offer is available within the NAWAI subscription group. If eligible, access starts when you confirm with Apple and the first payment follows the trial at the confirmed price, unless you cancel. If you are not eligible, Apple confirms payment without a trial.

To avoid renewal after a trial, Apple recommends canceling at least 24 hours before it ends. The first free discovery photo before subscription does not start the Apple trial.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews at each billing date, for one month or one year depending on your plan, unless canceled. The amount and next billing date appear in your Apple subscriptions.

You can cancel renewal in Settings > your name > Subscriptions > NAWAI. For a paid period, access continues until the end date shown by Apple. Canceling annual renewal does not convert a paid year into monthly payments.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your NAWAI account does not replace canceling with Apple. After expiration, you can view your history and manage your account; a new action requiring a subscription shows the offer before starting.

Promo codes

Codes follow the Apple offer conditions: eligible customers, countries, duration, validity dates and limits. Annual codes do not reduce the monthly price. The initial price, discount duration and renewal price are shown before Apple confirmation.

By default, an influencer promotion applies to the first year, after the trial if the offer allows both and you are eligible; renewal then uses the confirmed standard annual price. An advertised discount is applied only when the offer and local price are verified. A code’s name does not guarantee a discount percentage.

Restoration and support

Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase to recover an existing subscription. Linking to your NAWAI account is verified so one subscription is not assigned to multiple accounts. Use Apple’s process to request a refund; NAWAI does not guarantee approval.
