These terms govern use of the NAWAI app, published by DALIA IT.

Purpose

NAWAI helps users track their diet, set nutrition targets and obtain meal estimates from text or photo input.

NAWAI’s estimates are indicative. They do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment or a personalised health recommendation.

User account

Certain features, including AI analysis of meals from photos or text and cloud synchronisation, require a NAWAI account to be created or signed in to.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide, the confidentiality of their credentials and the use of their account.

AI meal analysis

When a user voluntarily requests analysis of a meal from a photo or text, the submitted data may be processed by NAWAI servers and its technical or AI service providers to produce a nutrition estimate.

Users must verify results before using them, especially in the case of an allergy, medical condition, medical goal, strict dietary restriction or specific nutritional need.

Apple Health

Apple Health import is optional. Raw Apple Health data remains locally on the device. Only profile details and NAWAI targets explicitly reviewed and saved by the user may be saved with their account.

Acceptable use

Users agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access to systems, abusively automate requests, submit unlawful content or use NAWAI in a way that could harm the service or other users.

Availability

NAWAI is provided as is and evolves over time. DALIA IT may change, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, product improvements or technical reasons.

Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy available at https://nawai.ai/privacy.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account in the app: Profile > Privacy & Security > Delete my account.

Deletion removes the NAWAI account, associated cloud data and cloud backup.
